About conversation courses
At each session, you will discuss different areas or topics concerning life in the Netherlands. Subjects are based on day-to-day tasks and experiences such as family life, shopping, arranging travel, making appointments, going to the doctor's office, and communicating in the workplace. The session topics are provided beforehand so that you may also prepare vocabulary before joining the discussions.
The subjects discussed in Conversation B1 include:
Family and friendship
Leisure activities and hobbies
Shopping
Holidays and celebrations
Health and fitness
Education
Media
You need to be on level B1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
You can complete this level as a whole or in parts. Each session consists of 2 lesson hours. Each lesson hour lasts 45 minutes.
Materials are included in the price of the course and are prepared for lessons by the teacher.
At the end of the course, if you completed 80% or more of the course's content and paid the course fee, you will receive an official digital course certificate.
